Akshay D. Kulkarni

Akshay was admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 2016 and is a litigation lawyer with over a decade of experience before the Bombay High Court particularly at its Aurangabad Bench. Having completed his LLM in Constitutional Law, he regularly appears in matters of policy and public welfare before a variety of judicial forums.
His expertise encompasses White Collar Crimes, Cyber Crimes, Frauds, Constitutional Law, Commercial Litigation and other areas.

He has represented multinational corporations (MNCs), LLPs, local self-governing bodies, PSUs and individuals across a wide spectrum of issues. He currently serves as Standing Counsel for the Union of India at the Aurangabad Bench. He has been appointed Amicus Curiae by the Honble High Court on issues relating to the condition of orphans in Child Care Institutions in Maharashtra and has extensively worked in PILs concerning solid waste management and the management of the Covid-19 pandemic.
