As a High Court Advocate Amit has established himself as a formidable presence at the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court. Amit regularly appears before the other Benches of the Bombay High Court at Mumbai, Nagpur, and Kolhapur.

Amit continues a profound family tradition of legal service that spans over 100 years. This deep-rooted heritage began with his great-great-grandfather in the State of Hyderabad and evolved through generations of renowned practitioners in Jalna and Aurangabad. This lineage provides him with an instinctive understanding of the Indian judicial landscape—a quality that defines his approach to every case.
His wife, Mrs. Sneha Amit Yadkikar, a law graduate from ILS Law College, Pune, has also served in the Maharashtra Judiciary and now actively contributes to their legal practice. Together, they continue the Yadkikar family’s enduring commitment to justice, integrity, and legal excellence.

Advocate Amit Ashok Yadkikar is a seasoned legal professional practising before the Bombay High Court (Aurangabad Bench) and other forums across Maharashtra, including Mumbai, Nagpur, and Pune.

A graduate of ILS Law College, Pune (2006), he began his career with HDFC Ltd and later worked with Desai & Diwanji, Solicitors, Mumbai, gaining extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation.
Since establishing his independent practice in 2011, he has represented several reputed clients such as Hindustan Coca-Cola, ITC, Asian Paints, AMUL, Godrej & Boyce, HDFC, andGovernment of Maharashtra.

He leads a dynamic legal team with associate offices in Mumbai and Pune and has over 30 reported judgments before the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
